Our Story
10 years of Italian tradition, carried by two chefs.
Founder
Chef Vito DiBrizzi
The soul of Italy arrived in Orleans when renowned Chef Vito DiBrizzi opened the doors to Cucina Da Vito, his authentic Italian restaurant. A master of traditional recipes and heartfelt hospitality, Chef Vito brought with him the rich flavors and time-honored techniques from his homeland. His vision was simple: to create a place where people could experience true Italian cuisine, just as it's made in the kitchens of Naples, Florence, and Sicily.

Head Chef, since October 2024
Chef Joe
The legacy of Chef Vito passed into the hands of another passionate culinary artist — Chef Joe, a seasoned expert with over 25 years of experience in the Italian kitchen. After earning his degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Joe began his career in Turin, Italy, honing his craft in some of the city's most respected restaurants and luxury hotels — developing a deep respect for regional ingredients, refined technique, and the emotional connection between food and family. Since October 2024, Chef Joe has proudly led the kitchen at Cucina Da Vito, honoring the traditions Chef Vito started while bringing his own creative flair and years of international experience to every plate.
